ZiP-Entero Positive Control Kit

The ZiP-Entero Positive Control Kit is a non-infectious, qualitative external quality control kit. It is intended to be used with ZiP Diagnostics’ nucleic acid amplification tests that detect Enterococcus spp. DNA (termed: ZiP-Entero test) to assess and monitor their performance through day-to-day, lot-to-lot and operator variation.
The control kit is intended to be used by field operations teams who are responsible for testing water for sewerage or other human faecal contamination as part of surveillance and control activities.
ALWAYS FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS FOR USE.
The ZiP-Entero Positive Control material is provided in a lyophilised format. The kit provides the buffer, transfer pipettes and swabs, that allow manual rehydration of the control material and addition of the material to a ZiP-Entero test’s quality control (QC) workflow.
