GLOBAL RISK IS GROWING

New infectious disease outbreaks are no longer rare events.

In recent years, health systems have faced repeated outbreaks and surges from infectious diseases including COVID-19, Mpox, Ebola, and emerging influenza strains. The risk of new pathogens emerging and spreading remains constant.

When suspected cases appear, speed matters. But in many settings, diagnostic testing still depends on sending samples to centralised laboratories, creating delays at the exact moment rapid action is most critical.

OUR VISION

Health clarity for every person, everywhere.

We believe that access to fast, accurate, and affordable diagnostics is a fundamental human right - not a privilege reserved for those near a hospital.

16%

of preventable harm in healthcare systems globally is the result of delayed, missed, or incorrect diagnoses

47%

of the global population has little to no access to basic diagnostics

81%

of people in low- and lower-middle-income countries lack adequate access to testing services

Introducing the
ZiP-P2 Test System for Human Health

ZiP Diagnostics is developing tests for diseases: COVID-19, a respiratory panel, Hepatits C, and Mpox. These tests operate on the ZiP-P2 test platform. With its screen-guided workflow and automated results and reporting, the platform is designed for use in dedicated test spaces e.g. hospital emergency, intensive care, general practice, antiviral treatment clinics, or other sites established for testing purposes. This facilitates decentralised diagnosis.

ZiP tests provide PCR-comparable high sensitivity results in just 7-30 minutes (depending on the test). Test storage and test operation can be performed at room temperature, removing the need for a cold chain.

ZiP tests available for human health are:

  • ZiP-CoVx-P2 (SARS-CoV-2 test)

TGA ARTG-LISTED (NUMBER: 478427) AND CE-MARKED. RESEARCH USE ONLY IN OTHER REGIONS. THIS PRODUCT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE BY THE GENERAL PUBLIC. PURCHASER DETAILS WILL BE VERIFIED BEFORE PRODUCT SHIPMENT.

ZiP tests in development for human health are:

  • ZiP-RESP-P2 (SARS-CoV-2, Flu A/B and RSV test)

  • ZiP-HCV-P2 (Hepatitis C test)

  • ZiP-MPx-P2 (Mpox test)

Make fast, informed decisions onsite and in real time, for effective disease surveillance, clinical management, and transmission control.
